Nominations are now open for the 2021 ASMF Awards. Each year the ASMF Board review applications and grant awards in three categories.
These include:
1. The Australian Security Valour Medal (ASVM) which recognises acts of bravery over the past year by members of the security industry;
2. The Australian Security Medal (ASM) which recognises outstanding contribution to the professionalism and standing of the Australian Security Sector, and
3. The Save a Life Awards, presented in conjunction with St.John Ambulance Australia, which recognise first-aid and life-saving interventions by members of the security industry.

In 2021 we are pleased to announce that awards will be presented as part of the ASIAL Outstanding Performance Awards event (The OSPA’s). Due to the current upheaval caused by Covid-19 restrictions, a date for the awards ceremony is yet to be confirmed. Updated information will be posted to this site as soon as they are known.
